Alumni and Foundation Scholarships

We are pleased to inform you of the many scholarships offered by the GSU Alumni Association and the GSU Foundation. Each year the organizations devote great effort to raising funds for these awards in order to recognize academic excellence and to assist deserving students who need financial help to continue their studies.

This web site contains a scholarship application and lists of scholarships organized by college. As you review this information, keep in mind the amounts of the awards and the eligibility criteria for each scholarship vary depending on GPA, hours enrolled, academic major, and special circumstances.

It is important that you read the eligibility criteria and furnish all required documentation. Students may apply for multiple scholarships; however, only one will be awarded with the exception of the Alumni Academic Award. Completed application forms and all other documentation, such as essays and/or letters of recommendation, should be submitted at the same time in one envelope.

Applications will be accepted May 1 - June 30.
